The first JV partner, SDE, is Malaysia's leading fabricator of offshore facilities with extensive international experience in the oil and gas industry, while the second JV partner, ROIC is in the business of engineering, procurement and construction and has the expertise and know-how for carrying out the oil and gas offshore transportation and installation (T&I) business and other related offshore activities.
