MDL formed a Joint Venture with Sime Darby Engineering (SDE), Malaysia and ROIC, Malaysia named "Sime Darby T&I Sdn. Bhd." to procure, design and successfully manage engineering projects, engineering project consultancy and to participate and provide offshore Transportation & Installation (T&I) Services to domestic and international customers.
