MDL Energy through its 100% owned subsidiary has invested in a Singapore based JV called Quippo MDL Marine Holdings (QMMH). This will be the owner of various vessels currently on order such as the newly-built DLB. QMMH aims to have the largest Indian owned offshore and sub-sea construction fleet. The company aims to serve the Asian market in shallow as well as deep water construction works.
