Wartsila Corporation (erstwhile Vik Sandvik group)
(www.wartsila.com) and MDL Energy Pvt. Ltd. as
50:50 partnership.
The company is having the ship design facilities in Chennai India and provides ship design services world over for the government/non govt clients. VSDI specializes in design and engineering of Offshore Vessels, Seismic Vessels, Research Vessels, Coastguard, Naval Vessels, Tankers, Fishing Vessels, RO-ROs, Ferries, Passenger Ships and Conversions.
