MDL enters into JV with Nordic Group of Singapore for Multi Purpose Offshore Support Vessel
MDL has entered into a joint venture agreement on 16th Sept 2010 with Singapore based Nordic Maritime group to acquire, own & operate a Multi Purpose Offshore Support & Supply vessel MPOV. MDL has acquired the majority stake in the equity of the JV Company.
MDL launches separate company for Transportation and Installation project
MDL has launched a separate entity for doing the construction project in offshore as well as onshore. The new company MDL Offshore India Pvt. Ltd will be executing EPC and T&I projects in Indian subcontinents as well as other areas. The company will also undertake support & services.
QP-2000 completed one year of successful operations
Quippo Prakash Derrick Lay Barge with 2000 MT crane successfully completed its first year of operation. QP-2000 has performed excellently for structures work and pipe laying for projects of Petronas, shell & others in Malaysia and Indonesia.
