MDL Marine Holdings Pte Ltd (MMH) was incorporated (Regn. No. 200803471N) in Singapore as closely held company. MMH is a fully owned entity of MDL Energy Private Limited, India, as later’s Investment holding vehicle for making various investments in the joint ventures or wholly owned subsidiaries. MMH also facilitates initial start up investment in the project and works as a platform for setting up asset companies or any other form of structure best suited to all partners.

Presently MMH has investments in Mokul Nordic, SEA Heavy Lift and other companies based out of Singapore.
